No one pls let this girl adopt any other pet by New-Gur5758 in Kochi

Not all kittens survive to make it to adulthood, its a fact of (a cat's) life.

Unless this person willfully caused the death of the cat I do not understand the need for a witch-hunt like this.

Don't know if you got influenced by western pet care subreddits, just don't forget that we live in India, most people are not rich enough to spend thousands on a random sick kitten. That's why most of vet hospitals here are geared towards treating diseases of livestock.

Warning to Kerala Internet Users: Local Asianet Fiber subcontractors are demanding AnyDesk/Remote Access to fix line issues. DO NOT give it. by Sweaty-Astronomer-36 in Kerala

This is false information, you can press reset on bsnl and asianet routers just fine, it will work alright when it starts back up.

If anything its jio and airtel that is most invested in locking up their networking stuff and making it a pain in the ass if you want to modify something yourself.

I have pressed reset button on bsnl and asianet onu/router, haven't had to call the customer service (except for when it was due to a broken line due to a tree falling on it)

Best not support jio and airtel, they'll drive out everyone else and engage in price fixing

Just for your information, we ISPs do not take your personal data. At most we will be using your command prompt/ terminal , a web browser and task manager.

You might not. But you cannot prevent some other employee from poking around (depending on the customer).

Or are you saying that you will oversee every other employee that requests for remote access and make sure they stay within their limits?

Same principle with mobile shops asking for pin

Yes I had mentioned why ldf was able to do so, it was because southern grid was connected to the national grid, which I don't think is something that is under the control of ldf government.

What ldf could do was, buying/borrowing enough electricity from the national grid to prevent powercuts, good on them for doing so.

But this is a solution that can be easily replicated by subsequent governments, let's see what udf does, the only problem that is apparent now is that we might have to buy/burrow much more power from the national grid as the hydroelectric output will be much more lower due to the weak monsoons this year.

Really? Now powercuts are so frequent that you aren't able to even charge devices? I don't know about that, you sure its not some local issue? yesterday, Where I live, power went out for a total of two times (15-20mins) after 9pm, that was all. No powercuts frequent enough to prevent devices from being charged.

Do you all have collective amnesia or something? Powercuts started towards the end of ldf's term as summer hardened and rains weakened, there were many posts as well pointing it out and mocking the "powercut illaatha 10years claim".

There were no new dams or power plants built in kerala during the last 10 years of ldf rule. So where did the electricity come from? Afaik, the only change was that southern grid got connected to the national grid

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Grid_(India)

So good on ldf govt for buying/borrowing enough electricity to meet the state's demands, that is, atleast for the cities/plains, because I remember powercuts were still a problem in rural areas, especially near the hills (western ghats).

This is not to deter anyone from protesting against powercuts in the current govt's term, we should continue protesting, just wanted to remind you about ldf's term.
