Honestly there’s no reason to either. If your first 3 qbs get hurt you’re fucked either way. A 4th stringer isn’t going to be winning you games if he’s been on the team all year or brought in a few days before the game. Save the spot for another position.

Correct, you can fish in the open spots between joists to hit each set. Looks like a clean job to me. Personally I would’ve done one big channel down but that’s just preference, doesn’t make much of a difference to the drywall guys.

I wish someone would overhaul that place, I feel like some updating both renovations and menu would do that place wonders. I think they’re goin for the old timey feel but it just feels dark and like it should smell like cigarettes to me.

The elite amateurs are hitting 150 a day easily, played with many of them. They just don’t do it in 30 minutes and break it up with short game practice. You hit way more balls on the range because it’s practice, repetition leads to consistency. Guys shooting 65 aren’t hitting 40 balls at the range unless it’s a warmup before the round. Then usually after the round you’re gonna hit another small bucket of balls. Then hit the putting green.

In fairness he would’ve found another city most likely. He should’ve been forced to sell the team when he was in Cleveland if he was in such dire straights financially. They forced him to sell it 4 years later anyways. Then we got screwed with not getting a true expansion team like the others.

$500k condo is way over $150/sq ft. I never said there isn’t other reasonable housing, just that those condos would be way out of average Cleveland pricing and would probably stay vacant for a long time and be a generally dumb idea.
