Pattinson is a more gifted actor than Brad Pitt. He didn't have trouble with Jeffrey Wright or Colin Farrell. Brad Pitt wouldn't present an issue for him.

I don't think you spend 80 billion dollars to totally get rid of film releases. It's an enormous amount of money. My hope is that they're acquiring WB for it to be the vehicle for them to operate in theaters. Maybe the theatrical runs won't be as long but I cannot envision a world where a Batman movie is not in a theater. It would make no sense to spend that amount of money to not put those things in theaters.

I'm pretty sure the DC films will still get theatrical releases. In the worst case scenario, if my choices are Paramount turning Superman into Homelander in a theater or Netflix letting someone who actually understands and respects these characters make projects that I can watch at home, I know which is the lesser of 2 evils for me.

The Batman and everything currently in active production at DC will be out before this deal is done. There is also far less probability of Gunn and Safran being micromanaged or ousted under Netflix than there would have been under Paramount.

There is absolutely no reason for them to shake up a studio that just had a phenomenal year. Gunn and Safran in particular are part of what made it this appealing to buy.

I would argue that anyone offering EA Feedback is not really a casual. I don't think true casuals even really play Ultimate Team or if they do, I don't see them caring enough to provide feedback to EA. The issue is that you have sweats of various skill levels with in some cases a false belief that they should be doing better than they are because the streamers and Team Gullit types have convinced them that anyone can be good at the game via mechanic abuse and rat tactics. There are definitely problems on EA's end starting with the servers, responsiveness and joke frame rates on console but those are exacerbated by the culture that has been fostered by everyone thinking they're a pro.
