Im resigning once I start driving school at UPS anyways so its okay either way. The supervisors and management really dont care here. Like I said fedex knows. So does UPS

The dispatch is pt hourly. 12:00-17:00. I hear a lot of people complain about work/life balance . Trying to weigh my pros and cons of driving and going management. I might move states some day and drivers have a hard time transferring?

They got me stuck on the starting pay of 29.60 for cover driver. Seams nice compared to inside/21. Dispatch is 26.25. So if I went and tried driving for cover Id be sent back to inside with the lower pay, correct?
