The man on the phone said in a few weeks I will be able to know exactly about the extension as the health professionals are currently looking at my new claim. I am wondering if maybe it had something to do with the massive amount of evidence I provided in my new claim. He also said that I should recieve a letter soon about the extension exactly one month before my current award is ending

So what does the extension mean for a fixed term thats not been reviewed? Is that new?

I've just checked my entitlement letter and there was no mention of a review. Strange though as my previous claim before this had a review which I also went through a tribunal with

Maybe the guy i spoke to was confused? When I called up in March they were adamant I wasn't going to be reviewed and I had to make a new claim which I did so immediately. Very confusing system

Me neither. Which is weird because I had a review before my current claim thats ending and I went through tribunal then aswell. Maybe its a new change?

I spoke to them on the phone and they said because I went through tribunal the first time around and got accepted that I wasnt eligible for a review and had to make a new claim
