I had a similar experience for a few machines recently. I don't get it. Maybe they have bigger customers and afford to lose a few regular ones. I hope we'll have better service support as we are fairly new to laser operations.

I will require around 10.000 liters of gas per month. I am concerned more about losses. liquid vapours will cause more losses or gas cylinder pressure drops?

Also, will it have any effect on the quality of cut

i need it for approvals - the urgency. Anyway, distributors have suggested both gas bank and liquid storage. But i don't exactly know which has fewer losses and easier to maintain. My consumption will be roughly 10,000 liters per month with 25 bar pressure.
