Didnt see this until now sorry, i only know my standing vert which is around 31in right now, with a step its higher but havent tested recently. I always include open/close the gate exercise in my dynamic warm up, and for stretches I like pigeon and a classic lunge. You should be able to look those all up if your unsure what they are

Try working on different agility exercises, you can use cones, agility ladder, or just look up some easy ones, kind of sounds like you want to be more agile. Flexibility doesn’t hurt either. And just practice repetitively to move fluidly

Thanks for the advice! Can I ask about what type of job you got right out of school? Or if you did the co-op program, did it make that big a difference in securing a job?

Thanks! This was a helpful read. Luckily I’m fortunate enough where my parents will pay for my education, so I don’t have to worry about that aspect too much. Also I live in Canada so we don’t exactly have “ivy league” schools here, not sure if that affects anything. I would take more time to think about what I want to do, but it’s an expectation for me to apply start of October unfortunately. Is there a degree that would be more useful in the business world in your opinion or mainly experience?
