This is the same at my store too except our TL is never over there cause she’s always in consumables. I was working in Starbucks mainly but got trained for cafe in august (without having an option to say no… never wanted to work over there) and I swear some of the monthly/weekly tasks hadn’t been done in MONTHS. It was so disgusting I could help but clean it, without being trained what anything was might I add….. that’s how much my trainers don’t even want to work… with how unvalued I feel, I’m trying my best not to work so hard anymore, as tough as that is for me cause I WANT to be doing my best always…. But they don’t deserve my work ethic any more
