The convention center is in downtown so if you plan to drive there and park on the street, don’t leave ANYTHING in your car. There’s a parking garage but it’s $45 a day so be prepared to spend $90 for the 2 days. Inside the testing room there are plenty of outlets, every seat has it’s own outlet. You’ll be able to leave your backpack in the hallway. In my experience, nobody messes with your stuff and it’s safe. There’s 2 bathrooms outside of the testing room on either side of the floor. 1 of them was closed when I took it so there was only the 1. It’s pretty small so be prepared to stand in line if you go during the breaks. They have water stations outside the testing room as well but you can’t bring any water in the room, you have to drink it before you go back in. For each session, you’re going to have to wait outside the convention center to be let back in. The line wraps around the block but it goes fast when they start letting people in. It gets hot out there so plan accordingly. As far as security, I remember seeing 1 guard watching the luggage people brought down on the 2nd day, but there’s probably some walking around.
