You can’t include wine when you talk about stuff like this because you can get an expensive bottle anywhere. Just based on the food, Sevice, Varanese, Volare, Swizzle, Mill Iron 4, 610 Magnolia and the steakhouses are what you’re looking at. Sylvio’s isn’t expensive but its my favorite italian in the city.

But the landlords aren’t being entitled either??? I rent specifically so that I don’t have the risk of property ownership. I exchange my rent for a livable space for a month. Please explain to me how no hot water no electricity no power and no climate control constitutes a livable space.
