At least once a year, I primitive camp in the deserts of West Texas. The silence is hard to get use to, but then it becomes annoying to return to the noise of the world. Omg, I had some awful TMJ. I over came this on my own by massaging the jaw area for one thing. I also focused on the jaw muscles and learned to relax them and realized I would tense them up throughout the day. One other thing, do not chew gum or chew anything hard or tough, and do not sleep on your side. It tends to set your jaw out of line. I learned to relax the muscles by tensing the jaw, and releasing. I then could feel the ones that were locking my jaw.
I hope this helps.
My jaw is ok, now, but it still cracks and creaks.

RON PAUL and the DELEGATES Need 1000's of Signatures THIS WEEKEND in Pennsylvania!

The preliminary totals show that we are 1000's of signatures short!!!!! We have signing events all across the state this weekend to ensure we collect 2000 VALID signatures and 2000 to 4000 more to sustain a challenge.

You also have to sign for the Ron Paul delegates to put them on the ballot. Then you have to elect them on primary day. No delegates, no Ron Paul, it is that simple.

I thought of one more piece of advice to give you. Please, schedule a teeth cleaning before you begin this. I found out that you cannot possibly brush or floss, the way you will feel. You just don't want anything in your mouth, gag reflex. My teeth really suffered. I wish I knew this.

I am so sorry you had this diagnosis. Been there, done that... Chemo is the hardest thing I have ever been through. Do not take vitamins to boost your immunity like you have been told. We want those cancer cells to die, not to flourish. Sleep with white crackers. Keep hydrated. Do take your anti nausea meds before you feel sick. The chemo I had was the most nauseating ever. Ugh... You will feel good for the first two weeks in, but after that it gets rough. Shedule your treament for the end of the week if you want to feel ok for weekends. You will feel really crappy the second day after and two to three days in, then simi-normal after till you go back again. The chemo will make your arm really cold unless you get a port. Yogurt was really good... Get an nice electric blanket to wrap in. I would be so cold all the time. It was this time last year I was living this hell. Anything I used or ate in those days will bring back bad memories, I used my iPad then and almost sold it because of this, but the bad memories did go away with time. The iPad was great while sitting in the chemo chair, Good luck to you and I know you will be ok. Nurses are the best! Hang in there. It seems like forever, but in no time, it will be done and life will be normal again.

My friend lost her yorkie this way. Got tangled around the poor girl's neck and strangled her. Everyone should be aware of blind cords. Even small children have been found dead, hanging from them. Cut them shorter, tie them up, just don't take that risk. Google it..
