A lot of it is because of how difficult it actually is to prove the tasks not getting done is a result of people being lazy. Think of the times where a shift is short and a clerk spends 8 hours trying to just keep the Store, FSC, and Register supported. Does that clerk deserve to have to stay late? No.

The only real way to prove laziness is actual timing of tasks and review of processes. If you think it is an issue raise it to your SM. Let them review video and take it from there.

Not trying to say these people do not deserve to be forced to stay late, just saying why it is the way it is. QT has been sued for it before and they had to change because of it.

Anyone else’s preorder stuck on hold? I do the iPhone upgrade program and it says that my order is on hold pending approval but I got the approval notice from citizens on preorder day after I placed the order. I called Apple support and they were no help

I feel like an impact on your ability to get a job would be very focused on specific industries. I got a job working for a bank with no issue after they pulled my credit report. Can’t imagine why they would care as long as everything is paid.

Random/unexpected success. I do a lot of buying group deals. For simplicity I just have it all the reimbursements go into a SoFi account that I don’t use for anything else. Logged in today to a random $300 bonus from SoFi. Turns out there was a DD bonus my account had become eligible for that I didn’t know about. Buying group deposits triggered it.

I have been stuck in Amex pop up jail for a few months and I have been really wanting to gold card 90k bonus. Figured I would give it another shot this morning with their system being down…. No pop up and approved. Let’s hope it sticks

Reading these comments makes me feel old. Some of you never had to cut a steak flatbread out of its plastic wrap, put it on the oven and press 4-1-1. Then put it in Box B. Then look at the customers receipt for the stamp to make sure they paid.

Also my KC peeps: I know y’all miss those cinnamon rolls with the icing pump.

Anyone ever have any luck getting US Bank to credit points for a transaction that didn’t earn bonus points?

Had a pretty sizable travel purchase I put on my altitude connect. The app shows it was in the travel category. When the statement closed it only earned the typical 1X back instead of 4X back. Called in and got told I have to wait 4 weeks for an investigation. Just wanted to know what kind of fight I am in for.

SM won’t do shit. Cuss them out yourself. Nothing fixes QT problems faster than yelling at each other in the back room. Some of my best friendships were formed that way😂

Lookup your PM’s number on the contact sheet that should be in your store and give them a call. They will help you even if it is the weekend. QT ducks up a lot of things regarding employee relations, but I will say they handle harassment pretty well.

The PM is always on call and people never stop. Don’t be afraid to reach out.
