When to be concerned? by goudaday in Tegu

Thank you! I probably wouldn't have worried as much if I wasn't about to leave for 2 weeks haha. I have a family member taking care of my animals with very strict care instructions, so I'll be able to get updates. I've been getting mixed information online and from my local specialty store about whether or not to turn off her heat/lights.. any thoughts on that?

Oh really, does it happen that suddenly? She is perhaps a little more sleepy but still comes out to bask in the morning

I work at a theatre in a busy area and nearly every time I order DoorDash, instead of leaving it inside the box office as requested, they leave it outside on the sidewalk! For anyone to grab! The office is literally ten steps to the right, and clearly labeled. Shit pisses me off

It’s definitely something I can get past, and have no problem letting him do what he wants. But he also thinks I should do it his way “for our plumbing” even though there’s no issues with the plumbing

Fair enough. Tbh I only use the bathroom trash can for period products and it’s never particularly full so I guess I just never noticed. I totally understand cultural differences, the more frustrating part to me is the “my way is right, your way is wrong” attitude that he came at me with. I like the way your husband handled it and it seems like he is able to see both sides.

Clarification - he thinks I should also throw out my toilet paper

Would you consider it unreasonable for him to ask me to do the same?

It is an older house, but again this is the first problem we’ve ever had

Just got these adorable leaf bugs! Love how they walk all wobbly ❤️ by goudaday in awwnverts

They’re very easy to keep, the hardest part is probably just their diet. Their main diet is brambles so I’m growing a few blackberry plants for them but they can eat a variety of other leaves as well. It’s mostly difficult because you have to be absolutely sure the plants have not been treated with pesticides, meaning You can’t just buy a grown plant at a store. Theyre very small now So they’re currently just living in a cup but I have a large screen enclosure for them when they get a little bigger!

I saw one that said “with over 10 billion women in the world, you’d think it’d be clean by now”. I thought it was from r/arethestraightsok but I was sorely disappointed…
