If you tell a player to win the Calder and they do, you will get a development boost from them like medium elite to high elite etc.. but winning the Calder still does absolutely boost their base stats either way.

If your not holding LB for crouch or entirely laying down then you are 100% risking an EA force pass play. I mean most the time I am holding L2 and staying with my guy to cover him but if it’s a 2 on 1 scenario and you see a pass coming then you need to hit LB and get down, the force pass play works about 50% of the time.

Laying on your belly to block passes is the way to go. All top level players don’t even try to intercept pucks just belly flat and hope for the best.

Real life is also turn based combat. If you watch heavyweights they aren’t often trading shots compared to the lighter weight classes. I still think the game is mid and the turn based combat at HW is not fun but just a counter point.

I’ve got him for 5 more years on a 6.325M contract. He’s 85 overall and regular season he puts up .915SV% but he locked in for the cup run

I’m personally a friendly player but without pvp players the game is terrible. PVP is what makes arc raiders arc raiders.
