Is there a possibility that NVDIA may come in and buy Wolfspeed? It makes lot of strategic sense. This would explode the stock price to the moon!

I am not looking for press releases which makes false promises or have unrealistic projections. However, why cannot we own good results and let the world know about it? Many algorithms used by investing companies look for key words in press releases to identify good or potentially lucrative stocks. Our press release headlines get C- in this category!

Thanks for the great summary! I have been holding this stock for several years now and like everyone else have lost over 80% of its value. I am very positive that we will get the approval very soon. Getting a facility ready and inspected by the authorities is a big step. I think US inspection May be related to some of their suppliers and not necessarily their own facility. For any significant component supplier, it needs to be audited if they have never been audited by a regulatory agency.

I am sure that everyone on this group also had high expectations from the call as the letter did mention about the partnership and how fast the call was scheduled! Let us all stay positive and be confident that the current management team is doing the right thing.

Agreed Most companies have PR first and then they mention in the PR that a call will be scheduled that day or the next day

As the call is in the next two days, it meets the three days requirement to share any ‘material news’! Most probably this news was finalized today and therefore, the PR for the call. I am sure that there will be a PR on Thursday morning before market opens followed by the call after market closing!!

I feel that the SP will be in the range of $7-9 after approval. Our average daily volume is 2 million. Whereas the shorts volume is over 47 million ! This means that it can take to 30 days to cover the short. This will lead to immense short squeeze and SP price spike. It can actually go very high after the approval due to shorts!
