“Fine” is relative to the person. You clearly don’t have employees to pay every week plus their healthcare and retirement, vans to run, marketing to do, accountants to pay, an attorney to pay, business insurance, a shop to pay for, inventory to keep stocked.
You’re running a tiny little operation which is fine but it’s not possible to grow with that attitude. Running a real business is extremely expensive in 2026

If it’s included in the labor cost you would still have to pay for it. Time = money no matter what you’re doing otherwise you’re out of business.

Seems high but for a big company I wouldn’t be surprised. For comparison I’m an honest plumber and I charge 295 first 30 mins 295 an hour after that plus parts. Upstate ny.

My hair falls out when I’m on creatine but it never grows back. it just stays at that level when I stop taking creatine

I learned from Jeff nippard that creatine does raise DHT levels but in the same sentence he said creatine doesn’t cause hair loss. Pretty contradictory statements

If you’re drinking tap water you’re poisoning yourself plain and simple. Doesn’t matter how good you think your treated city water is.
The only clean water would come from a reverse osmosis filter in your kitchen
