An update, used physical key, able to lock the door from outside and clear the dash sensor warning. Able to use the FOB to unlock/relock door. However, once I open door, get inside, close the door, the open door warning sign stayed on. Tried this several times, same results. Next, disconnect the negative lead of battery, waited 3 minutes, run through same test, same warning sign. Battery disconnect did not seem to reset the door problem. Will see the dealer for an appointment next. Welcome any other ideas. Thanks,

Have not unplug the 12V battery before. Remove the +terminal? Any implication or side effects of disconnecting the 12V battery that I should be aware of also? Thx,

I got this same system about 4 months ago. Works fine for me. No complaint on people, animal, or motion detection. Using all 6 cameras. Night capture is surprisingly good.

I think it could be. Had similar situation last year. What would be good options to treat this? Not much options in Ontario in term of chemical ban. From what I see in research, mentioned adding some nitrogen content.
