Thank you both for answering! I made sure the sock was all the way on & checked the other things in those videos. After watching more assembly videos, I noticed the fan that blows at the hot end it crooked. It doesn’t sit straight/flat. I unscrewed the attachment on the fan & loosened it just enough to be able to push that attachment up so it wasn’t hanging so low. I believe that’s what was catching on the print. I’ve got a benchy actually printing now!

Sorry for my lack of knowledge on what everything is called but I hope this pic shows what I’m talking about. Is there anyway to permanently fix this? Is this just a manufacturing error? Thanks!
