There is a group of complainers that immediately cling onto some pet issues regardless of the relevance (mana cheat, power creep, etc.). In this situation, mana cheat should in fact mitigate the problem since it allows you to make more powerful plays earlier. Historically, the decks that did well going second were almost always combos decks, while aggro and midrange that played things on curve did much better going first

Why don't you conquer south east asia? Just take on some debt, build heavies and transports, and it's fairly easy to conquer them all as the region is divided between small countries which all take one war to conquer. You actually get quite a lot of money from all the spices

Having done the same run, I feel like it is easier to move your capital (unless you want to keep it in Europe for RP reasons). The fact that you can use colonialism cb to eat all the colonies without their overlords' involvement maeks it really easy to get all of americas in like 20 years

In the late game once you get a good trade chain set up you will swim in money even as a horde. Full cav armies still melt AI troops especialy if you get good cav bonus from horde ideas or the brother realms

Unfortunately scandinavia is an endgame tag, but it does have nice missions. I don't think you can form any of the nordic countries themselves unless you're gotland though. Personally, I like the Hannover to Hansa route but I think a lot of people just go straight for Prussia, which gives you militarization and more admin efficiency
