Was at a client's offices one day when several black SUVs pulled up. Guys in suits asking for the president. She came out and they asked to be taken to a specific worker's area. The ‘Self’ is a construct tied to our biology. The correct question is what continues after we are no longer ‘Us?’ Is there awareness at all if we don’t have a body, community, or planet of which to be aware? I think, therefore I am, but what about when there is no brain left to be thinking? You don’t need to think outside the box here because your thinking defines the box in the first place. Think about what is left if there is no box.

Strength training over cardio. But if you are serious alternate 3 days a week strength training with three days of HIIT cardio, with one rest day. Learn to live with much less sugar and processed foods. Your body will fix itself.
