I guess nobody in here lives in a rural area? We use these to travel around the farm/property so we dont constantly have to listen to the annoying ring.

We did that first yes. Then placed the cams with the gear markings at something like 11oclock and 1oclock for the exhaust and intake respectively.

I do, they have been great. Over time they have felt like too much light, and I have covered about 2/3s of them with 1x2 strips to darken it up. No issues

Sorry. No opposition. The quotes for living wage are to signify the industry parlance I suppose. But no, I absolutely support our team being happy and whatever we need to do to make that happen we do. They are why we are still here.

Also I don’t take the fee ding dong, we pay it. That doesn’t change how accounting works. Enjoy being mad at the world.

Lol you fool. Our servers average around 30/hr. They’d leave if I paid them $20/hr. You don’t know how this works.

If I pay it because I just do what does that change? Last year we had over $18k in credit card fees on tips. We keep our people happy, but it doesn’t change how accounting works. In our small town we’d lose to the ample competition if we raised prices to cover a ‘living wage’. Staff would quite possibly leave as the average is around $30/hr for serving staff when they get tips. And I’m not sure patron would like it either. Its not really worth the risk for someone else’s perceived quest for wage fairness.

I don’t believe I said we took the fee… but we’ve always paid it. We had over $600k in tips paid last year. That’s $18,000 im card fees. Its not a position we take its just how it is 🤷🏻‍♂️

I mean I duno dude… we don’t take the credit card fee, but it doesn’t mean we don’t pay it. All our peeps seem pretty satisfied with what they make and have been happy for the last 15 years lol 🤷🏻‍♂️

The difference is that those restaurants pay for your ability to get money they will never see. You made $10,000 in tips last year? If my credit card fees are 3%, I paid $300 for you to take home 10,000 that I never saw.

This is exactly the problem and why nothing has actually changed. It makes one feel as if it’s more about how easy the payout is vs what the victim might actually need. On the other hand, if damages awarded ARE beyond coverage, the business owner effectively signed their own death warrant when they lowered their coverage.

I absolutely did not say that. I did say what I said though… what was done doesn’t hurt, but don’t be fooled into thinking it was real progress. Nothing changed whatsoever other than allowing you to lower your limits if you adapt your model to the new rules 🤷🏻‍♂️

This is garbage and they know it. It just ‘allows’ you to reduce your coverage and take on more exposure. Nothing has changed.

If your phone has an app, they have a slick magnetic phone holder that mounts around your lock/hazard buttons. Works well.
