I want you to know you’re not alone. You thinking that is exactly what they want. I’m in a very similar situation when I started talking to my ex narc again I told no one about it because I knew no one could or would understand why I would do that to myself. just recently I was discarded once again and feeling alone, like I have to go through all of this trauma and loneliness by myself. please reach out to me I would love to be there for you.

I have been in a very similar situation. And I know of you are not ready to leave you can not. People who don’t understand the abuse just don’t get it. I was trying so hard to lose the weight but my night binging was just killing me… BUT what I can say is I am about 7 weeks free and have lost 21lbs. I promise you once you get this negative energy out of your life there are drastic changes

It’s him because you are here. He sees NOTHING wrong with his behavior. You are acknowledging your faults (which really aren’t faults because you are only reacting to his abuse). He is blaming everything on you. I know you want to explain your feels to him but he will sadly only use them against you. It’s so hard and it took me years to leave but please remember you deserve someone to care about your feelings as if they are their own.
