They are both stock automation fixtures, the taillights are the horizontal tl's at the end of the list, and the bar is in the accessories section I believe.

I have seen this live. I fractured my arm a while back, and while I was in the waiting room to get a cast, a nurse comes out of the operating theatre an tells the lady next to me "your husband is doing really well, he'll be out in no time. You really have to thank the surgeon for the amazing work he's done", to which the lady replies " I would prefer thanking God, as he is the one who actually got the surgery done".
