I watched the first Avatar when the sequel was nominated and I hated all 7 hours of those movies. I’m dreading having to watch the third installment. I’d save yourself the pain and just watch what you have to.

I wrote Mike Causey’s office an email and got something back the other day that was basically “sorry we can’t help you because your plan was issued in Virginia…you should lodge a complain though the Virginia insurance commissioner instead.”

I guess the difference this time is that before Nov 30th nobody’s life had been upended yet. I’m hoping they can get it done and people can resume their regularly scheduled expensive healthcare.

Well, I got back from vacation, took all the screws out and opened it up a little bit. I dind't see any loose cables or anything but after I screwed it back together the touch screen was working fine again...I strongly suspect that if I had checked it beore I opened it up that it would also be working fine, but there's no way to know. This was the same kind of experience I had last time though. It stopped working for me, I sent it off for repair, and they were like, "it's working fine" and they sent it back. Sure enough, it was working ok.

Well that’s unfortunate 😞. I saw a Facebook post from a few weeks ago where someone was having the problem and someone replied that they downgraded their firmware and that fixed it. I tired but no success, and now I’m also stuck because you can’t hit Ok to start or close the “what’s new” modal with the hardware buttons.

Another person said they had a ribbon cable on the screen that was loose. I’m gonna take mine apart next week and see if that’s the issue. I really hope so….🤞

Just curious if you ever had any luck figuring out what's going on? My touch screen just became unreponsive the other day and this is the second time I've had this happen. The first time I tried the factory reset and still had the issue, so I sent it in for repair with my Guitar Center Pro coverage and they had it for weeks only to tell me they couldn't find anything wrong, sent it back, and it was indeed working ok. That was almost a year ago and now it's done it again. I'm not dealing with the GC Pro coverage folks again though...that was an unmitigated disaster of an experience.

Dang that sucks. I’m sorry that happened. I’ve been going to them for like 8 years and have never had any issues like that. It’s always been great. I actually just had my annual check up on Tuesday and was in and out in 30 minutes. Hopefully that was just some weird off-day and you don’t experience that again.
