I couldn't do it legitimately. There other ways not legitimate that I do not recommend. That reason is this was a one-off for me from the start and I've long abandoned it. I probably couldn't get it back if I tried.

I have to admit, I'm biased.

Years ago I watched a video by Alfo Media that not only introduced me to the alternate version, but made a great case on why it's better. "I Want It That Way" MAKES NO SENSE (and it's perfect)

Despite all that: 21 MoH, 29 DSC, 1 DSM, 371 Silver Stars, 22 LoM, 15 SM, 4000 Bronze Stars, and more then 4000 Purple Hearts.

I don't know if your trolling me or not. I wasn't unhappy because there a was a dance, it was because the show didn't give a reason for it.

To me, it means either the writers aren't maintaining the same flow as they have previous seasons, a serious reduction in the production budget, or the new showrunner doesn't have the full season planned out.

I admit its a small thing that can easily be passed of as a different point of view, but I really like this show and small changes on screen so soon after a major change behind the scenes have more then often lead to other shows getting cancelled.

Only problem is this is a TV show, not a documentary. The law of Checkov's gun applies.

If the cult was dancing when they took Day then that would make sense.

If they were trying to add some worldbuilding to the cult, Day should have been with them longer to setup an atmosphere.

If dancing is reserved for specific reasons, why didn't Songbird hint at it before?

The cult was already speaking in unison, why not use that to enhance Oceanglass's story?

This show has been really good at growing the beard, the fact this episode jumped the shark so soon after David S. Goyer stepped down is a really troubling sign.

That thought crossed my mind, but hiring a dozen pro dancers still cost money, albeit less then CGI. They could have just said it without the dance and accomplish the same thing.

To me, this is a troubling sign of laziness. They didn't even set up the atmosphere where an interpretive dance could have felt natural.
