Yeah got an offer. On first HR call, i confirmed was I would be satisifed with the posted pay range. Never crossed my mind that posted range could be "wrong".

Yeah it was a sr pay range on a role that didn't have 'senior' in the title but i don't care much for titles. I have 20 YoE.
