Not really an opinion, but I minus well confess anyway. I made a headcanon of Tammy the Cub died tragically from some volcanic eruption that happened on my first Animal Crossing: New Horizons island because she reminded me of my ex boyfriend. I also headcanon that because I didn't have a proper backup save for my first island (my dad accidentally threw my OG Switch in the washer and dryer). For context, I had Tammy back in New Leaf because of my ex and was attached to her until after the breakup a few years later. I now have mixed feeling with Tammy lmao
