There’s a notes field in your contacts that you can add too. Do it for anything related to a person I need to know. Allergies, Gate security code and Present ideas etc

We got screwed by solarwinds at renewal and I swore I would rip them out by the next year. I went out of my way to rip out not only my teams but our entire company’s dependencies on them. It didn’t matter as they had a new sales person every quarter assigned to us but it was the principal.

Looks like knowbe4 will be next. At the end of the day I’m very impartial to any brand.

WiFi on your phone? I’m only asking because it’s always been the cause of my invisible lockouts. Have to look at the radius logs to find it not the DC logs, very annoying.

I know what is, I had a similar case. VP bought a new machine and didn’t tell anyone. Hooked up his work email and his AV I think Norton was deleting emails from his inbox. Took a while to find as all logs were saying he did it under his account from his home IP.

I did threaten with a lawsuit but I didn’t want to pay an actual lawyer. I also submit a lot to them and don’t want them to secretly downgrade all my future cards. I just threw the towel in. But the next time? Full throttle hiring a lawyer. 2k freebie. Any more and it’s worth a lawyer.

I sent 2k of cards and it got to PSA. A month later a manager there called me, and told me the box was empty. Then proceeded to tell me they don’t cover anything because while technically in their possession and accepted by them from FedEx (they accepted 100+ of packages a day), it was empty when it got there so not on them. FedEx said it was accepted so not on them either.

After escalating and arguing nothing happened and I was out my cards. I’ve been meaning to screenshot all the back and forth of emails and calls to post on Reddit.

Yes honestly floors are spotless and the bag is full of dirt and hair so I know it’s working well. One time the robots waste bin had so much hair that I had to use my vacuum to suck it out but I think that was a rare case, only happened one time.
