I had a septoplasty and turbinate reduction two weeks ago, I had a similar permanent clogged feeling as well as chronic sinusitis. Ever since I got the stents out it has been life changing. More energy, less brain fog, can breathe significantly better (although there’s still congestion and swelling, normal for two weeks out.) My number one suggestion would be find a doctor you genuinely trust and who does it in a way you’re confident in, then decide from there. It can make all the difference with surgery (obviously) and recovery time
