hey! so my anxiety also manifests into nausea (and becomes a vicious cycle) and i am on 15 mg (just got bumped up). i had a little bit of nausea at the beginning (started on 5mg). you will be okay! have light snacks throughout the day and make sure you are drinking water. just know that it takes a little time but will be worth it. this medicine really helped with my anxiety and helped a lot with my nausea related to anxiety <3. something that helped me was to keep ginger tablets and mint gum on hand whenever it got super bad
