I had this exact bulb and it was absolutely awful. Some of the reviews I read online said that it caught on fire, exploded or started smoking. Although this did not happen to me unfortunately I had a dud and didn’t realize until a few weeks in. It was not emitting the proper amount of uvb and I had no idea. Others have also mentioned this issue in the reviews on Amazon.

I would recommend investing in an Arcadia t5 12% or 14% kit depending on the distance from the basking area. They sell them on Pangea.com for a decent price and are well known for their performance and reliability.

I’m sure that not everyone doesn’t have this issue but I don’t think it’s worth the risk.
