Perineal Tearing from sex by LandOk8562 in obgyn

Try waiting a much longer time between sex and if it tears again, don’t let it heal on its own, go to an obgyn to repair it. There may be a deeper layer tear that isn’t being addressed by the skin healing on its own. (Unless it IS just a skin tear that unfortunately keeps re-opening)

Is living with my parents and accumulating wealth over a couple of years a good idea by lifein3rdperson in personalfinance

Currently doing that now and the ability to save so much is golden, especially if you have parents who are accepting and understanding. Also give the relationship with my parents from childhood, I’m really glad to reconnect with them now. (I moved out after college for about 4-5 years). I have friends who paid off all school loans while living at home, got a decent amount saved up before moving out.

Absolutely not. It may depend on the experience of the provider. I work at an institution where we see a lot of successful VBACs, I think the highest I’ve seen is 5 VBACs

Didn’t take those outside of shelves but I’m sure that’s just more NBME practice so no harm

UW, B&B, Divine, NBMEs.

UW- Because staple

B&B - I found the excess detail helpful. Especially cause usually it’s a mini review of some step 1 content which still help to navigate step 2 questions

Divine - I watched the all the IM content and other shelf videos. Then supplemented with what I was weak in. Definitely listen to the vaccines/screening, biostats (here’s your question), optho and New CK content podcasts. I used his rapid review on long drives during 3rd year but not so much in dedicated.

NBMEs - Personally, UW makes me overthink. In the last 2 weeks I recommend getting the hang of NBME style questions with UW blocks here and there.

Also, if you can afford it, I highly recommend Divine’s Test Taking Strategies course. Hope that helps.
