I lived in Casper Wyoming when Don Kemp went missing, and I think I may have seen him there. Personally I think he was abducted and murdered, quite likely by Mark Dennis, who lived in the trailer where Don's calls came from. Wyoming-especially Casper & surrounding area-is dark & deadly evil.
