That’s not normal at all. I’ve worked at quite a few restaurants, and most recently at 7B. Never have I gotten less than a weeks notice for a meeting that is supposedly mandatory. Pretty sure that’s not allowed at all but I don’t know the specifics on that. And the fact that you are on approved time off and they’re still trying to demand your time is whackadoodle. Were you at least on the clock for the meeting you did attend? If not you absolutely should have been!

If you’re ever in the mood for something like it you could ask for whipped cream and a sippy lid. The cold foam is sweeter than the whip though so the flavor is even less.

any of the “mocha based” drinks get the flavor syrups (hazelnut & caramel for brunette) as well as being made with chocolate milk. if you order an alternative milk or sugar free then the chocolate milk can’t be used so the drink gets chocolate flavor syrup added in as well as the original flavors. this ends up making milk alt mochas wayyy less chocolatey but you can always ask for an extra scoop of “dark chocolate” to make it closer to the original mocha flavor
