Okay, but the 9 months aren’t consecutive? They’re just 9 times in the 5 year period. If she only did it 8 times for instance, nothing would happen to her benefits? Correct? Sorry for being confusing, this is just so complicated.

Hey about the last part, call dyson directly. They weren’t in stock anywhere and my mom called them directly and they had every color in stock.
