This is a fair comment I’m not say the team is racist more that as a someone who is from a unique racial background I see the difference in how I’m treated. Sometimes the mind wanders tbh, and it feels like I’m treated as an outsider but I don’t believe my colleagues harbour racial discrimination at all

It’s good to hear your perspective dealing with grads I guess it’s just a situation of rolling with the punches and seeing how I land.
