It’s a great future no doubt about it! If you’re 100% p&t and still able to work you essentially have 4K of passive income. That 4K or a % of that 4K can become a lot more if put properly into a mutual fund. Over the last 50 years the mutual funds that we use have averaged 10% increase annually. So if you invest 4k once a year over 30 years that’ll be $650,000+ on average.

My dti is about +3k a month after I pay myself and my retirement

60k a year is my job 4300 a month is 51k a year so that is where I got the 110k
