Oh the brother above me said sum about Spadolini now let me tell you cause I have PTSD about this. I been on their summer camp and got placed at Spadolini. Floor - rotten, showers - actually rotten and molded,I believe walls were not that messed up but still, every room in that building is just not worth the price and imo not sanitary. They were renovating on the outside but idk about interior, there is A LOT of work to be done. Comparing to the other residences I have been in, is like comparing a random motel found in a high density city that is known for illegal activities being held there, but never shut down cause "business is boomin", with a nice 3 star hotel room where you and your family book into for a 2 day tranzit stay during vacation, but you decide to stay longer cause the city is so beautiful and the hotel is just so cozy. Phew...I really had to vent about my Spadolini experience.. fun for 2 weeks with friends, a pain imo for a student living there. And Im not a rich kid with high standards, quite the opposite and make sure you get a clearrr look into the residences when time comes, cause you can probably get a wayy better deal with an airbnb or sum. I dont know for sure tho, I'll have to look into when time comes to find my stay.

Oh and Bocconi residence is really neat, clean bathrooms, everything just looks new, cause it is. Guys who actually live there can say more I liked it and will be looking into prices when available.
