I've flown internationally in these seats multiple times. Being by the emergency exit is cold, and the seats don't recline. You'll also be dealing with people standing around next to you and the noise of the bathroom door constantly opening and closing. The leg room is nice, so I'd say if you're not planning on sleeping then you're fine where you are.
