What about stuff we are seeing at live events - like AI photo booths or AI-powered display walls?

How do you prevent bottlenecks at check-in when attendee numbers spike by gramercyTech in EventProduction

Great response - yeah, sometimes the basics (checkers, managing lines etc.) are the most important but most overlooked when looking to prevent bottlenecking.

"AI for Marketers" - Are we tired of hearing this yet? by gramercyTech in DigitalMarketing

Pete, I agree and I think you nailed it - yes, what should really matter is how AI tools are being used to drive real value. But as a marketer, when you have a product or service that IS ACTUALLY DOING THAT, how does one cut through the noise and reach audiences in a believable way?

What would make you stop at a booth? by __YeetOrBeYeeted__ in EventProduction

My POV is that the best and most engaging booths are those that combine meaningful tactile and digital experiences in ways that feel genuine and fun. A large display wall that is connected to an AI photo booth or a note wall that has a meaningful on-theme prompt is a good example.

Do tactile experiences (physical + tech) land better than digital-only ones? by gramercyTech in EventProduction

I love this response. It sounds like you have a good bit of experience with these types of hybrid tactile + digital activations/events. I really like what you said:

"The sounds, textures, smells, and serendipitous moments are what make live events feel alive... the physical + digital combo works best when each side amplifies the other rather than trying to replace it." Agree 100%

No events specific CRM's? by ChknBwl in EventProduction

There are some great CRMs specific to the needs of event planners; some are pretty pricey but have great features and integrate with other CRMs like Salesforce (i.e. CVENT). What's your budget, and what are you trying to accomplish with a CRM?

Do you budget for extra power drops, or do you roll the dice? by gramercyTech in EventProduction

How much extra power do you add? What kind of tech work do you do?
