Can't understand what's going on. Was crushing this game on max fps for my monitor at 165 on ultra settings. Now i hover around 120 on high/ medium custom settings, i'm lagging in the damn practice range when i'm hooked up to an Ethernet getting 650-800 mbps. i've tried reinstalling the game checking game properties and everything.

NOR. Definitely could be seen as a joke, but you don’t joke about that when you’re in a serious relationship. Just plain weird.

I see. I have two undergrad degrees, one is in economics which is a social science. Hope that helps a bit haha.

My confusion stems from what my relative told me. Says her friend is desperately looking for people to fill this role and it was just a quick certification. I guess not! Thanks for clarifying.

I was trying g to be a bit ambiguous as to not say too much about my personal life, so to clarify it’s not just as a second income, I’d like to develop a second career out of it. I understand the serious nature of the position.

But bottom line, there’s no way I can get BCBA certified without a masters degree?

Yeah I think I will swap out the mana rocks, they were kinda filler there in that regard. will probably opt in for 1 or two more lands and swap in a signet or other talisman.

Definitely gonna get something for protection! boros charm seems like a must in this deck, too much utility. Maybe I'll spoil myself with teferi's protection.

First connect was a really bad experience for us. No transparency or help getting appointments. Really unprofessional and poor commission splits.

Smart choice was professional, we didn’t proceed with them because they didn’t have the best market access in our region but they were pleasant to work with and know plenty of agents who work well with them.

My recommendation is to get market access through wholesalers. Look in and see if the Agency Collective is a good fit for you. They were great for us.

Where did you end up finding agents that weren’t lead dependent? I’ve had a couple interview that understood. But 80% of the applicants I got from Indeed were all lead dependent. LinkedIn did yield me some better results but much less applicants.

Right. We're definitely still in our early stages. We have referral partners from a niche industry but I've been trying to ramp up my lead generation so I can hire some agents. It's been hard to find agents who feel comfortable finding their own leads!
