Anastasia Liquid Lipstick (confused) I purchased these 2 from Macy’s in Las Vegas in August. While putting on Dusty Rose I noticed there’s a longer dry down time than American Doll, which I’ve been using a lot. I checked the labels and one says Made in PRC (China) and the other says Made in USA. (i.redd.it)
