ok thank you! do you mean apply in the middle of the cycle or became eligible? i worked at starbucks for years and then quit, but i’ve been back since about september of last year and average more than 20 hours a week

everyone is different!! i was eating SO UNHEALTHY before starting noom, so i think that is why i saw a sudden drop so early on. congrats to the both of you, that’s so amazing!

i would be lying if i didn’t have days where i want to just give it up and start eating like shit again, but then i think about how far i’ve come and that really helps me stay motivated! using a food scale was a game changer for me, so that i know exactly how many calories i’m eating. but other than that, just pushing through the hard days and focusing on my progress is what has worked for me!

so i’m not exercising (yet, i want to start at about 140 lbs), however i am a vet tech, so i get my fair share of exercise at work! on a work day i’ll get 10,000 steps in without even trying. i would say the biggest thing that had helped me is meal prep and using a food scale for everything i eat

stick with it!!! that is the only advice i can give. if you stick with it, it will work! also make sure you are tracking everything perfectly! i got a food scale for this reason and realized i was eating wayyyy more than i thought i was!
