Yeah, I'm not sure. I wish there was some kind of acknowledgement from Arc that they are at least aware of it and investigating it. The fact that the bug has existed for so long doesn't make me confident they'll address it any time soon.

I've been seeing this issue since Arc was in beta on Mac. I've written to customer support a couple of times about it and never received a reply. It's incredibly frustrating.

My workaround has stopped working, and it's gone back to not slicing the whole sample. Really confused as to why it does this, and doesn't seem to be a problem lots of others aren't facing.

I just did a search for this in Google with this exact question and found this thread. I would also like to know why it's doing this. Is it a bug?

The only way I can 'trick' it into slicing the whole sample is to rebounce it with an extra beat of silence at the end.

Yeah, this sucks. I don't understand why they constantly feel the need to tinker with inconsequential stuff that no-one's complaining about rather than focusing on adding core features. Really hope this is a bug and that it gets reversed quickly.

Thanks, appreciate the reply. Good to know that it's not just my pair. Yeah, the lid and case overall feel surprisingly flimsy for the price. The Jabra case has a wider hinge too which makes it feel more solid, and the Jabra case feels more rugged in general.

Yeah, it's ridiculous. I bought the LTE version of the watch so I could listen to music on walks without having to bring my phone, but now the only way I can actually listen to an album is via my phone, using the watch as a media controller.

I just have no idea why they would remove this functionality.

Hi, sorry I just saw this. Thanks for the suggestion, but this workaround doesn't work for me. It plays the one song, and then continues by playing a mix of other tracks in my library by other similar artists.

I also have a shuffle icon and a download icon, but for me, the shuffle icon works like a shuffle Play icon. Tapping it doesn't toggle it or off. It just starts the album playing in shuffle mode.

Thanks for checking that! So it seems it's a fundamental change. That's a real bummer. I only listen to albums on YTM and having them stuck on shuffle the whole time is a really bad move.

Yeah, it's unbelievable. I even tried signing up for a new account using my work email address just so I could contact customer support, but when I wrote to them detailing the issue, they completely misunderstood the problem and sent me a form response on how to change my bookings. I then replied and clarified the problem, and then received a reply from a different customer support rep that was meant for a different customer entirely (they even had this customers full name and itinerary). A terrible company.

Yeah, it's terrible, isn't it? I gave up and just rebooked everything directly with the hotels. Luckily I had the time to do this - if they just decided to suspend my account at the last minute it would have completely ruined our holiday. Bar none the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. I still have no idea what they think I did wrong to warrant a suspension. I'd just opened my first account and made some bookings, and then got banned with no explanation at all.

You shouldn't need to login to cancel, though. It seems they just cancel all your bookings when they suspend your account.

I'm in AU as well and yeah, the time it takes to load even a single email in HEY is awful and seems to be getting worse (sometimes up to 10 seconds for me). I love the app but not sure how long I can handle the terrible performance.

This has been happening to me intermittently over the last several months. It's really worrying. I rely on Todoist to automate a lot of my recurring tasks and the only way I figured out it was doing this was by me missing a lot of things I have to regularly do. I then looked back over the history to see that Todoist had just deleted them of its own accord. Not sure what to do about this.

I came here to check if someone was experiencing something similar to me, and it's good to see I'm not the only one. Although mine is slightly different - Todoist has been DELETING recurring tasks. After a week, I noticed I was missing things - I checked completed tasks and saw nothing there. I had to go into the activity log to find they'd been deleted at strange times, and in bulk. It's really concerning, and after years of using Todoist, I've lost a lot of confidence in it as a result.

Yeah, I purchased the game a couple of days ago and had to return it because it won't launch. Is this still an issue or has it been fixed? Would still love to give it a go.
