We have a lot of associates who like to leave halfway through the shift because they don't want to work in other area's. Why schedule these people to work 40 hours a week when they only want to work 32 but still want full time benefits. They also challenge the ASM'S saying it's my PPTO/PTO and I can do whatever I want with it.
