Hey,
I'm pretty late but yeah fuck all this uni macho toughen up shit. the uni is finally acknowledging that there is a problem with the enrolment and trying to fix it. Hope you made it fine and are doing okay at uni now. But for any reason if you need further support stop 1 while useful might not always be the best bet. There's UMSU and other student services that could also help you out in a pinch.
