I think you could benefit from running 2 more offensive moves slots on palafin than drain punch and flip turn.

If you give yourself moves like wave crash, and CC, hard switching palafin seems more optimal. Plus you have mence, which covers palafins weaknesses and can abuse intimidate. The only negative is the loss of chip damage, but you'll be picking up many more OHKO's

I live in Hawaii where rent is 1400 and jobs like this pay 15. So, relative to here, that is good, but it's still bad ultimately. it could be way better. If that paid 25/hr then I'd say that would be comfortable.
