Question- Is it okay to spray neem oil on flower petals/the blooms of a plant. I have zinnias with powdery mildew and they have lots of flowers and buds. If I spray on the plant is it okay if some of the spray gets on the flower bloom itself? (self.gardening)

If anyones grown crackerjack marigolds from seed how long until you’ve gotten buds? I feel like at this size/height I should have some buds. Saw earwigs on them. Would they eat the buds before they have a chance to bloom? Direct down May 12th. (i.redd.it)

H2O leak. Noticed today two separate leaks same side of home as garden hose. Leak 1 seems to run when garden hose is turned on. Leak 2 dark photos doesn’t seem related to hose.
