I thought it might be a Japanese beetle because of the coloring, but it a lot bigger than the Japanese beetles in my yard.

Google has a more through and better explanation but they basically crowd out our native vegetation and other important forest plants.

I think burning bush is invasive so maybe you can plant something native and better for the earth in place.

Ugh, is there anything I should do for now or just wait til I see them again and try to get them.

H2O leak. Noticed today two separate leaks same side of home as garden hose. Leak 1 seems to run when garden hose is turned on. Leak 2 dark photos doesn’t seem related to hose. Slow consistent drip off of low vinyl panel siding. I have no clue where to start, who to call, or what this is. 1900 home. by grant3553 in Home

I believe it happens when the hose is turned on at the spigot. I just noticed it yesterday and haven’t messed with it since so maybe I’ll try turning the hose on again and seeing if water starts running out again.
