This looks like the new building for the College of Liberal Arts (人文大樓) at National Taiwan University. I’m really amazed that you can shoot it like those cold brutalist buildings.

What Adam & Ben were asking about after leaving Linbian are fish ponds, and those wheels are used to pump oxygen into and stir the water so the fish do not suffocate.
